The City of Missouri City posts legal and public notices as required to State Law. The City posts notices on the City’s website (see below) and the City’s official newspaper, the Fort Bend Independent newspaper. Notices may also be published in the Fort Bend Herald or Houston Chronicle.
Bid Opportunities The City of Missouri City utilizes both the State of Texas Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD) and Onvia/Demandstar, to provide ESBD and/or Demandstar bidders with automatic notification and transmittal of bid solicitations. In addition, ESBD provides access to bid opportunities with other State of Texas university and governmental entities, at no charge.
